2026 Golden Eagle Region 1 Tabletop Exercise (TTX)
2026 Golden Eagle Exercise Series
This exercise series is designed to provide public and private sector partners from multiple levels of government to evaluate the capabilities needed to successfully prepare for and respond to unplanned incidents that could occur during a large-scale special event. The series will consist of:
- 12 county-level tabletop exercises
- One (1) regional tabletop exercise
- A regional workshop for the Bay Area Regional Joint Information System (JIS) (date pending; conduct prior to March 30, 2026)
- A region-wide functional and full-scale exercise (date pending; conduct prior to May 30, 2026)
Lessons learned from the county-level tabletop exercises (TTX) will influence the design and development of the regional tabletop exercise and the functional/full-scale exercise.

2026 First Receiver Operations and Decontamination for Healthcare Course |
This course covers the first receiver operation requirements for hospital personnel who may encounter a contaminated patient from an external release of hazardous material or other substances including chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) agents. This course will cover both internal and external incidents. Participants will be taught both directed self-decontamination and how to be a functioning member of a hospital decontamination team. *Recertification Course is Day 2 |
